Experiences in Sports
I have played a few sports like Sepak Takraw, Badminton, Hockey field and Football. Another sport which is a combat sport that I play is Muay Thai.
But only two of them that made me dedicated to it.
I played football since I was a kid but I started focus on it when I was 13 years old. Had to go through rough training for years just to play good for the team. I have improved so well that I made into the first team.
I have played in a league that is lots of experienced players. I have also been in a competitive tournament and was against a team full of academy players. It was great experience for me throughout my career in Football
But those glory days for me come to an end because I started to change my dedication more into Muay Thai.
I started doing Muay Thai when I was 16 years old. I started fighting at age 18 years old.
The training for the fight is very hardcore. Lots of stamina and endurance needed for it. Especially mental strength to go through the rough trainings.
I thought I might fainted or even torn my limbs apart when I train for a fight. But those hard training days eventually give positive results in my fight.
I am on my winning streak and praying to keep on winning my fights. Fighting in Thailand gave me a big impact on my fight IQ. It improves my style of fight.
I really recommend people doing sports. It is not just to be in a tournament or whatsoever. It is to keep that healthy lifestyle and to get the healthy you. I can be your help if you want to start training whether a gym session or even Muay Thai session. That is all for now. Thanks for reading!
